Terms and Conditions

Production
To ensure all of our products are shipped within our time frame we are no longer sending proofs of business cards/Blitz Cards. Please make sure ALL of the information you have provided us is correct. Check your spelling and make sure EVERYTHING is good to print. If you desire to see a proof of your order there is $5 fee that we will happily invoice you. To request a jpeg digital proof of your order send an email to shop@kzcreativeservices.com with your order number on subject. 
VERY IMPORTANT: UPS does not deliver to PO BOX numbers. Please use a physical address when placing your order. Thank you!
Turnaround Times
  • Business Cards: 5-8 business days
  • Retractable Banners: 7-10 Business Days
  • Vinyl Banners: 7-10 Business Days
  • Car Door Magnets: 7-10 Business days
  • Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Australia: 10-25 Business days on all items
  • In Stock Items: Such us blitz cards, table runners (generic), Fleece Blankets, and others ship within 48 hrs. 
  • Proofs are only sent on custom designed items. All of our ready to print items print as is. Make sure all your information is correct.
  • Rush options are available. After you place your order send us an email with your order number and the day you need them by and we will go over rush options with you. 
  • Military addressese will inquire an additional shipping fee of $30 

Personalized Banners and Table Runners

If you would like your banner or table runner with your website it will require a $15 Fee per each item. When placing your order use the Notes section letting us know you would like personalize and then send us an email to shop@kzcreativeservices.com with your order number on subject. This is for all small changes and edits change on the design of the card will be an additional $10. The fee includes up to 3 proofs. 4th proof will be an additional $5. 

Refund/Return Policy:

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand our need to keep our costs at a minimum and our turnaround times fast.

If you need to make a correction, you do have a 1-hour time frame from placing the order before it gets printed. If you need a correction, please send us an email to shop@kzcreativeservices.com with your order number on subject so we can make the necessary changes.

If you have provided us with incorrect information for your business cards but did not contact us within the 1-hour time frame for corrections, KzSwagShop is not at fault for the misprint. The customer will be responsible for any reprinting costs of the business card or blitz card.

CLAIMS
All claims must be received with 4 business days after your received your item. We highly recommend to open and check your order AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVED THEM. To make sure all information is accurate and to make sure everything is working accordingly. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately by sending us an email to shop@kzcreativeservices.com Items that are defective will qualify for reprint. Please be ready to provide us with pictures of the damaged item before we reprint/replace your order. We will open a claim ticket with our printers and notify you of the process.
